Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the excursion will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits (see Section 5). If cancellations are made within 24 hours of the excursion date, a partial refund may be available at the discretion of F&G Vibes Tour Punta Cana. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.

Deposits are used to secure your reservation. If a cancellation is made within the permitted time frame (24 hours prior), the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours, the deposit will not be refunded unless the excursion is canceled by F&G Vibes Tour Punta Cana.
